Not sure the are LED compatible.

The switch was very easy to connect to my wifi. I intended on using it with Globe Duo Bright LED pot lights. The lights were set to a fixed 3500K colour. There was no dimming effect from 100% down to 65%. When dimmed the full amount the lights were flickering. I do not think that this switch is LED rated.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Set-up was a breeze, the app is very user friendly and scheduling is super easy. Very happy with this family of products. Bought the standard switch, dimmer switch and multiple outlets to set-up a variety of lights cycling to make the house appear lived-in while we were away on vacation. less expensive than high quality programmable timers with far more functionality - and not prone to schedule erasure due to a brief power outage.

Q: Are these Geeni smart dimmers compatible with Lutron and Leviton multi-switch faceplates both in terms of size and gloss?

It has a standard plate included but can be used with any other colored faceplate. As long as your existing faceplates are standard size then yes, it should fit.
