Q: Does this switch have a sunset/sunrise option? If so, can the user choose how soon before or after sunset/sunrise the device switches on or off?

Q: What happens if there is a power failure? Does it loose the schedule and you have to reload it, or it keeps the schedule in the memory and apply it when power is back?

A: If there is a power failure, the settings are retained. The schedule is stored on your mobile device in the Geeni app you may want to open the app and select the light switch to sync any settings and schedules.
