On vient de l’acheter en juillet et la prise ne marche déjà plus. Nous avons suivie les consignes pour la reset et impossible, car le voyant vert reste allumé indiquant « Surge ». Un peu déçu… ça dure 3 mois!

Puisque vous avez déjà essayé de réinitialiser l'appareil, assurez-vous de suivre la procédure de réinitialisation correcte. Même chose pour moi, ça fait à peine deux ans que je l'ai. Elle n'a pas bougé depuis le jour où je l'ai acheté et tout bonnement, elle a arrêté de fonctionner. la lumière verte reste allumée et plus de courant et de wifi disponible.

Non durable

Premier achat octobre 2020 qui fonctionna jusqu’en août 2021 où j’ai eu un remplacement.
Même défectuosité en mars 2023.
La barre commence à redémarrer par elle même après un moment jusqu’à afficher « Surge » en permanence.
N’achetez pas ce produit et je mets même en doute la qualité générale des produits de cette compagnie à voir les autres commentaires.

Normally if the power bar keeps resetting by itself, we highly recommend to reset both the router and device and reconnect it into the app. In this process it will go back to its default setting. waste of money

I purchased this outlet no more than two years ago and I suddenly stopped working. since it only carries a one year warranty the company was unwilling to replace it. don't waste your money on this brand.
