mix with kitch and bath to get different feel

I bought four of these thinking what could replicate natural lighting better than daylight bulbs, right? Well, they turned out to be a bit too blue and almost cool white like. Not very good for the home. Someone told me to mix one daylight tube with a kitchen and bath tube to get a softer light. That seemed to do the trick. Not so warm and yellowy as the k&b tubes, and not so blue as the daylight tubes, but just right.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Best fluorescent bulbs

I have always purchased the usual fluorescent bulbs but never considered trying something new. I tried the daylight corrected bulbs and there's no turning back. The colours are so much more natural.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Questions

    1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: Is this product an equivalent to Syvania F40CW/SS? The lights for my shop are Sylvania Super Saver Cool White F40CW/SS; 34W; 48" long with bi-pins. Is the GE Daylight Bulb 32W Tube, 48" an equivalent of this?

    1 Answer
    • A: This bulb will fit the same fixture, however specs are slightly different than your existing; Wattage is 32 vs 40W. To match colours most accurately, look for a replacement bulb with the same Lumens and Kelvin.
