Long lasting bulbs

These cast a nice soft glow, long lasting. Not as bright as I would expect from a 100W but still a good deal.

Expensive and Dim

There is no way this gives the equivalent light of a 100W incandescent bulb. At best, it's maybe closer to a 40W in light output. Also, the bulb seems to take forever to warm up to full brightness -- which is not all that much to begin with. It has a very unpleasant bluish "daylight" colour, as well. Both the bulbs in the package I bought act the same, so I'm pretty sure this is not a random defect -- it's just how these are. Overall, not a good product.
