Q: In searching for a reliable Dash camera and in reading the reviews Garmin seems to have quite a few issues, with some happening right out of the box. What is being done to overcome the issues? I am looking to make a purchase very soon.

In some cases, software updates are required to ensure the device is functioning optimally and if you experience any issues with your Garmin device you may reach out to Garmin Product Support at 1-866-429-9296 to speak to a representative. You are also covered by our 1-year warranty against defects. I would also add that very few people take the time to write positive reviews - we sell tens of thousands of Dash Cameras in Canada every year, most of those customers are getting what they expect from Garmin!
