I had to thin the wire sheath in order to get this to fit. It was a lot of screwing around but this was the only switch like this available at my store.

Produit à retourner, dangereux et risque d'incendie. En ouvrant le boitier pour voir comment je devais préparer mon fil, j'ai vue que le fil est simplement coupé et non vissé. J'ai même demandé l'avis d’un électricien, il ma dit: n'utilise pas ça, c'est du feu garantis.

Q: Can this switch be installed on SPT-2 Wire which has thicker insulation than SPT-1? It would be helpful if the production description for all inline switches had this information!

A: The “heavy duty” switch I bought did not fit on the wire I had hoped to use it for, due to thicker insulation on the wire. The name of the switch is misleading.

Q: Eleven months ago, a customer reported that the description of this product was inaccurate. They were right. There seems to be no shortage of time for site changes during sales promotions. Why? Please make the fix and stop wasting the customers time.
