The solar lights never did work in this and it is constantly sideways in the pool. But it holds the chlorine pucks and floats around as intended. Maybe we just got a dud.

A: Did you remove the sticker on top of the solar panel? Does it get plenty of sun during the day? If it's a shaded area then it cannot charge the battery enough.
