The Frost King Rubber Weatherstripping Foam Seal Tape is a versatile product, designed to seal air conditioners and stabilize major appliances. With potential for both interior and exterior use on appliances, cars, trucks and boats, this self-adhesive tape easily installs in narrow gaps. Available in white, it is crafted from heavy-duty, high-density polyurethane foam, it acts as an energy-saver and is water-resistant. This closed-cell tape can be used indoors or outdoors, measures 3/8" W x 3/16" H and is 10' in length when unspooled.

Well it's two-sided.. so not the greatest weather stripping tape because it's sticks to both surfaces that I'm trying to seal.. so not great for doors or Windows or anything like that.
