Three Purposes

I rent so landlord is not getting new windows and keeps the temperature at 68F during Winter. So I try very hard to stop drafts and the heat in and shrink film works for this purpose. I also noticed last Winter it also cuts down the outside noise from entering which was a bonus I didn’t expect
