Outdoor lights solar powered

Some lights are not as bright as the others and doesn’t last long even if its solar powered. Charge really well when the sun shines on a good day lights are okay but not as bright, not visible enough. lights are tiny so its given.

A: Testing done. Regular Energizer AA batteries (1.2V, 2300mAh) require more recharge power than this device can provide. But 600mAh batteries (closer to the original 400mAh one) can still be found online. So there is hope for keeping these lovely solar lights for a longer while.

Q: For Living Solar LED Lights, Warm White, 100-ct #151-3077-0 Is the rechargeable battery removable so that it can be charged on a battery charger to give it more stored energy during winter?

A: The 1.2 volt, 200 mAh, NIMH battery inside your light is removable. Remove the cover on the back side of the solar panel and you will find the battery there. This same battery is rechargeable, but if it's no longer holding a charge after a day in the sun, it will not charge in the battery charger either. If you try it, you'll notice it will hold only a shallow charge, and will not last long. If the battery is still working, the best way to ensure it will last a long time is to keep it working but on a limited basis. Place your lights in a lit garage or shed, where it will only receive a small amount of light. The battery will cycle, but only a little, allowing the battery to remain fresh for a longer period of time. I do not advise leaving the battery in a battery charger, unless the charger is equipped to protect the battery from overcharging.

Q: Why are lights flickering quickly on and off? Bought two sets a couple of weeks ago and they were working fine, Now, one of the sets is just flickering quickly, on and off - the other set works perfectly. What could be the problem?

A: Please check the connections in the battery compartment and ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight free of any leaves, brush or any other objects that may inhibit the light from getting fully charged. If this does not work, the light may be defective. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement options, 888-377-5377.

Q: Is the length of the string of lights correct? It is only a little over 2ft in total length? What would you do with that?
