Q: Can these be painted?

A: Probably as it's plastic with the right spray paint that states plastic can be painted, ensure ur getting right one..should turn out great.

Q: Will this fit and match with the Canvas Arrowhead Recycled Plastic Adirondack chairs in dark gray?

A: Not sure color names. I can tell you 3 years ago we bought the dark gray resin Adirondack chairs and last summer (2021) we purchased the dark gray resin footstool (all from Canadian Tire) and the grays all matched - even with the chairs being outdoors 2 years. We do store them in the basement in the winter.
