Very Uncomfortable, poor quality chair.

I have the same chair purchased around 6 years before and now i need to replace it. SO closing my eyes i bought the same chair thinking that it will last for another 6 years. But to my surprise I found that the quality of the chair has gone down a lot. The cushion is very hard and uncomfortable if you are sitting for more than an hour. The arm rest are not that comfortable. The Quality of the chair is very very poor.
I will not recommend to buy a chair if you work for long hours.

Desk Chair

This chair is perfect for me. I like the back support. I'm 5' 10 ". When the chair is at its lowest, I fit well and my feet are flat on the floor. I have to raise it up to fit my desk. I put a foot rest down and it's perfect now. Great purchase.

A: I have located the height adjuster but what do you use to adjust the tilt. I like the chair, I just find my back does not touch the back of the chair unless I lean back, I was wondering if the tilt feature would help this.

Q: In what order does the gas lift cover's go? I bought this chair and assembled it but when I try to adjust the height it doesn't move. I'm sure I messed up the gas lift cover's order because I'm able to move them up and down with my hands.

A: The gas lift covers are supposed to move up and down because when you sit on the chair, they would need to go down, then go back up when you get off the chair. The covers generally come already assembled and you just drop the set over the hydraulic lift. They should be in order of biggest cover on the bottom, going up to narrower cover on the top.
