We’re very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. The branches of the tree will be tied together when taking it out of the box. You may need to shape, or fluff its branches to make the tree look as full as possible.

Great tree for the price (got in on clearance). Little sparce but with decorations and the lights it looks great, don't think it could be beaten for the price!

Got this in tree in store clearance and I can't complain at all. It is beautiful. All the lights work fine. Some reviewers have written that it is sparse. Well, you have o open all the branches well and use ornaments and it doesn't look bare at all. Great tree if you're tight on budget.

The tree looks bare when you open it up. What a misrepresentation. The cost is low which fine but change the photo so people know what the tree actually looks like.

A: If one bulb burns out, the rest will remain lit. But if one bulb is missing, a section of light string (50 bulbs) will not work.
