Love it but seems defective

We love the fire that this unit produced but we are very disappointed in the quality. We have not had this fire table very long and it is rusting and the grout is separating from the edge. It has been under a gazebo the entire time we have owned it with curtains closed when not in use. It should not be rusting.
No, I do not recommend this product.
