Poor Quality

I bought 3 separate boxes of these lights and each one has had bulbs that went out within hours of putting up. After three weeks, about 10 bulbs needed to be replaced. Then one whole strand stopped working. The strands were not connected to one another so it’s not that the lights were overloaded.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Thanks for your review. This is a high wattage consumption decorative light with 125W for each light strand. By CSA regulation, it can only connect up to 3 sets of the same light strands to one outlet in order not to exceed of 432W total. Please do not connect with other light sets with more than the total wattage mentioned above. The product is backed by warranty and can be exchanged if you believe you have a defective strand. Perfect lights

Absolutely love these traditional incandescent lights. Our house is lovely and we were able to achieve the winter lodge look that we had in mind. Neighbours commented that our house look like a Christmas card. Nothing beats the warm glow they offer. Yes they do consume more energy - we bought a timer to mitigate that down side.

SO much more Beautiful than "Light Emitting Diodes". These Lights actually illuminate the yard, the patio, the snow, the trees ~ with a Magical and Natural Glow. Nostalgic and Authentic - REAL Christmas Lights. There is NO 'replacement'.

Look great, don’t last

We purchased several of these strings two years ago. Had issues with one string last year and this year the second and third strings also failed completely. Poor quality.

Q: Will C7 twinkle bulbs work in this strand - that is, will they twinkle?

A: I suggest you ask the manufacturer if this would work and if it is safe to do so. Personally I have not tried to use twinkle lights with this strand of lights so I cannot answer your question.

Q: When using incandescent outdoor light strings, is it safe to switch out bulbs and use different colour bulbs in the same light string?

A: Please refer to manual. Different color can be accepted but must be with same socket type and do not overload maximum of 432 W total.
