**Canadian Tire Online Purchase Issue** Visited port Hawkesbury for help with an online order query/purchase/ damaged item replacement . Staff showed no interest in assisting with online-related matters, directing me solely to handle it digitally. Finally does but Extremely embarrassing and unhelpful—expect better in-store support!

Q: Like “Mont”, I have some (actually 100 in two sets) bulbs that are burned out in my light strings (151-3494-6). I purchased the recommended bulbs (151-3818-8) but the new bulbs are very dim. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

A: Thanks for reaching out. The voltage of the replacement bulb is correct which is 2.5V. May suggest to use another 2.5V replacement bulb if it could provide a better brightness.

Q: I bought “for Living” Clear String Light Reel 400 lights a year ago. Worked well. I need to replace a few bulbs. I can’t find the 2.5V 0,25W bulbs in Ontario. Lots of 2.5v replacement bulbs to be found but not 0.25 watt. Can you help me locate a seller?

A: This product has series circuit. If one bulb burns out, the rest will not stay lit.
