Q: can this mat be used for deadlift?( allow weights to drop on the mat and protect the floor) if one piece is not enough will multipal piece of mat stacked together work? thanks

A: The rubber mat will offer some floor protection, depending on how much weight, and from what height the weights are dropped. We are not able to answer this conclusively without knowing all parameters.

Q: Are these grass safe mats?

A: In terms of grass safe…there are some specifics to consider. The mat will deter grass from growing naturally…some light Gets in through the perforations thus the grass would grow through, but some areas within the mat are considered Solid so that area of grass underneath will not fair well.
