I've had this little gem for years now. I love it because I am an outdoors person and love to hang out on my patio couch for as long as possible. It versatile in how you can place it. the chain is long so you can lower it to where you are sitting. No this won't radiate heat in a large area but that isn't what I wanted it for or expected it to do. I keep it a couple feet above me and it's warm enough that on super cool evenings or days that it gives me enough heat to bare the cold weather. I've pretty much had it out all seasons for years. Never had an issue luckily. I see some people have. Not sure what the warranty is on this today but hang onto that in case of issues. For me it has performed well and I'm sitting under it at this moment basking in it's glow 😀

Gazebo heater

Last year I bought a different brand it only lasted a month. I’m hoping this on will last longer. So far it’s been working great keeps my enclosed gazebo nice and toasty. Would recommend this product

A: Tout ce qui est utilisé avec ces appareils de chauffage doit être capable d'accepter une charge de 15 ampères sur les câbles. En ce qui concerne les rallonges, le minimum est le calibre 14 AWG. 12 est encore mieux. Il en va de même pour un régulateur. Je ne suis pas sûr à 100% de ce qu'ils entendent par régulateur, mais je suppose que c'est un appareil marche/arrêt qu'ils veulent ajouter. Ils doivent s'assurer qu'il est capable de gérer la pleine puissance du produit, 1500 Watts.

Q: New heater, plugged it into 3 different outlets to test and it activates for a few seconds, shuts off and won't work. Anything I should try before returning it?

A: Do you have it hanging on a hook at least 5 or 6 feet of the floor? If not, it might be overheating and doing a safety shutdown.

A: The glass (heating element) won’t crack as long as you don’t use it! But, what’s the point of an outdoor heater if you can’t use it in cold temperatures...?

Q: My remote will not work. Do you have to program it? It is brand new.

A: Please first check the batteries in the remote, then point the remote at the sensor on the heater (which is the manual switch that turns on the heater and the led light) please be between 4-6 feet from that switch. If you still experience issues please call 1-866-967-7333 ex 227.

A: There is no separate light, but you can use it as a dim/soft light as the coils light up.
