Not happy with blinds

I bought 2. One had been used, but I didn't know that until it was opened and up. The other one was still in package but didn't gave brackets. Returned the unopened one. Clerk told me to return the other one too. I said I opened the package. She said return it because it isn't working and had been used - gyprock dust was on the screws. I haven't returned the second yet. I have no packaging for it but do have the bill. Very disappointed that these had obviously been returned but were put back on the shelf without checking to make sure all was good and not broken or missing parts.

Tired of the sun just beaming in your window when you're trying sleep in on Sunday morning after a big Saturday night watching the game with the gang or recovering from the wild girl's night? Then the Living Fabric Blackout Roller Shade is for you. So easy to install it only took me approximately 10 mins, and I was having a sandwich at the same time. Take that Sun - you won't wake me on a Sunday sleep-in anymore.
