Q: What is the Weight Limit that this standing desk can hold? I have a monitor weighing 16lbs. Will this hold it?
3 years agoA: I’ve used it for my Mac laptop but if you check the specs I’m certain it will provide the correct weight it can withstand. I happen to LOVE it’s versatility and ease of use. It is however kind of heavy to lift from one place to another.

Q: I can't get it to stay up or raise higher? I followed instructions but no luck? Any help would be appreciated.
3 years agoA: Mine works like this: I squeeze the lever under one short side end and lift from there and also lift from the opposite end at the same time. It takes a bit of effort to get it going. When you get to the height you want, stop squeezing send it will lock at that height. If yours doesn't work the same it may be a lemon. Good luck!! I love not having to sit all day!

Q: is it broken? I can't get it to stay in position or raise to the height I want. How does it work? I think I followed the easy instructions but please let me know if it is broken and I will return to Canadian tire. thanks
3 years agoA: Sounds like it is broken. Mine worked no problem. Up, down, stopped where ever I wanted it to within the range of its limits.

Q: What is the lowest height / thickness and the highest height please?
4 years agoA: Lowest height is 2 inches which is just the thickness of the desk top. Highest height is 14 inches.

Q: What is the maximum weight this desk is rated to support? Also, does it offer assistance to lifting the platform, such as with springs or hydraulics?
4 years agoA: This desk is not as big as the ones you can get at office supply places. Would not put more then my computer and papers on it. Although it seems very strong. There was no max weight listed that I know of. It has a hydraulic system that helps with lowering and raising and pausing until you get the height you want

Q: Why my desk cannot raise to the said 40.13cm, the max height for me is only 30cm, it seems half way, but it cannot raise any more after 30cm.
2 years agoA: Mine rises, very easily, up to a max. of 30cm as well, which is more than I need. The user guide does not mention any adjustments other than pulling up, so I'd say the specs are wrong. There is a toll-free number to ask questions: 1-877-483-6759.
