Regulator leaking

Was gifted this item in May of 2024 and the regulator started leaking about 2 weeks ago (Sept 2025) not happy that it only lasted for a little over a year and is now off the warranty. I would change the regulator but it doesn’t want to easily disconnect from the unit assembly, even using a wrench. Very disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thankfully, I didn’t take it out of the box after comparing it to a couple of their models 40,000 BTU goes off very little heat most unit size are at least 50
This unit was also more expensive than a couple. The other ones I now have looked at that had a higher BTU so I do not feel the value was here in this product.

A: Easy if you have the tools. The provided tools will take too long. If you have a drill, it will be much faster. 30-45min. And highly recommend having a beverage at hand.
