Sadly Disappointing.

We were hoping this would be a great gift for a friend who is really in to RV’ing. While it looks great at first glance the quality just wasn’t there. There was a small tree that was lying loose in the package - I guess it’s ok to get an ‘extra’ part rather than be short changed a part that was supposed to be there. Turning the unit over, the screw holding the battery cover in place was stripped so it was not possible to open it & add batteries. There were also signs of cracks radiating out from 2 of the corners of the battery compartment that showed signs of an attempt to seal over them. On the whole, it looked great on first glance but it didn’t measure up to the quality expected based on the price. Can’t recommend it.

Wish it would have worked longer

This item’s light bulbs stopped working after one Christmas. Can’t open it up to look at it without breaking it. Can’t return it because I bought it before Christmas and went to use it the following year and it’s broken.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: My only suggestion is to change the batteries and see if it works. If that doesn’t work send an email to the manufacturer.

A: I used a dental pic but you could use a small jewellers screwdriver to pry or pull the door while you unscrew
