Absolutely a waste of money

I bought this to hang Christmas garland. It not only will not support garland but it will not support any weight, even just putting it up and having it expanded tight in the area it just falls down. I would give it a negative ten star rating. DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!
