Q: Do you just cut the wires off for the tester that you would use in the store? The snowman doesn’t completely turnoff when you turn it off and I’m guessing that’s the reason. Just not sure what to do with it. Thanks!

Q: I want to change the batteries and I don't know how to. I've tried lifting and pulling on the plastic door where the batteries should be, but I don't want to force anything and break it trying to change the batteries. It can't be that complicated.

A: Hi there, Similar to many battery-operated decor products the compartment is at the bottom of the table top piece and there should be a little flap that opens the compartment. If you are having issues opening it still, please visit your local CT customer service desk, there could be a possible defect with your specific item.

Q: How do you open the battery compartment?

A: The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the sku. There is a little flap on the compartment that your able to pull up and lift in order to remove the batteries/place batteries as needed. However, batteries are included so there is not need to life the compartment.
