Extra tools were needed. Quality is ok.

Needed tools to adjust size of tubes when the box said all tools needed were included.
One of the trays is not levelled, kind of crooked.
Other than that, works well.

Great product, exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assembly if you leave everything in the plastic until needed as that is where it tells you what part you need. 4/5 as I feel the actual end caps on top and bottom could be much wider and would be more sturdy.

A: There are couple of sizes poles included in the package, did you try all of them. You should be able to get right lenght. Hope this helps

Q: Est-il possible d'échanger le ressort, il est trop long. Je ne souhaite pas retourner, mais il m'est impossible d'installer le range-accessoire car le spring est trop long. Impossible de placer le tout même après avoir poser le plus court bâton au lieu du long y.y
