The Flex Seal Liquid Rubber Sealant Coating in white is a thick rubberized liquid you can brush, roll, dip and pour. It seals out air, water and moisture and is mildew, chemical and UV resistant. It works on concrete, glass, brick, stucco, masonry, wood, copper, plastic, tile, fabrics, wires, vinyl, fibreglass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, aluminum, natural stones, foam, asphalt, EIFS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, CSPE, Hypalon polyurethanes and more. Its applications include concrete and asphalt repairs, foundation repairs, home and roof repairs, RV and motorhome weatherizing and repairs and more.

Q: Hello, Can Flex Seal liquid sealant be used on RV roof tops? Can it be applied over too the existing roof sealant as it is cracking and needs to be repaired to prevent leakage.

A: I can't say it will or won't work, if it's the rubber membrane roof, I would recommend Lap sealant and EternaBond Tape,

A: It will depend on actually what type of repair it is If it’s a hole fill it. If the are concrete is rough and you what to put thin coat to smooth it out . It will not work

Q: Hello, I am wondering if the Flex Seal Liquid Rubber Sealant can be used on the bottom of a small boat.....or is it better to do the inside of the boat? Also, is it sticky after it dries? Thank-you.

A: Hi there, bally. Flex Seal Liquid is great for various boat repairs. We recommend applying on the outside of the boat. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before you begin. Q: Could I use the liquid on a drywall/plaster window sill? My condo has poor windows which sweat in cold pooling on sills and damaging plaster

A: Flex Seal Liquid will indeed work on drywall to seal out the moisture and it's easy to apply. Clean the area, apply using a disposable roller or brush and leave it alone for 24 hours to cure, that's it! A: Hi Kathy! We do not recommend using our products for underfoot applications. Being such an effective sealant, water beads on the surface.
