Excellent filter

I have used these filters for many years with great satisfaction. They cost more but they work better than cheaper ones and keep allergens under control in my home and reduce dust on surfaces.

Same as title...great winter filters and at a special price when first purchased them. However, the store sent them in a size that I had not ordered. Rather than the 25" x 16" by 1" 2 pack, they boxed up 20" x 20" x 1" filters, though 3 other filters in the order were all the correct size. It did take some effort via emails and a few calls, but the customer service lady was wonderful and it was straightened out very fairly in the end, includind giving me rewatprds points for redelivery and also more as these fikters had by that time gone back to the regular price, which was a difference of $33 plus tax! Did not feel I should include her name in an online review for her privacy.
