Wrong product sent

I waited at least two weeks for the light, but the wrong one was sent. It may cost me more for installation now, as my electrician will need to come back twice. Returned the wrong one to the store, but they were unable to place the complaint to get the correct one ordered, so I had to re-order on-line again. We’ll see how long it takes to arrive this time. So many other services deliver in a day or two now. Canadian Tire needs to do better.
