Disappointing for the Weather in Western New York

I live in Western NY and had high hopes for this snowblower. I am disappointed in the battery life, which is less than 45 minutes and I am not using lights or handle warmer. The auger already has been chipped in several places from the ice and will likely need replacing annually. The scraper is adjusted properly but it does not scrape underneath packed snow - it slides up on top of the packed snow. The snowblower does handle most unpacked snow pretty well. It is excellent at blowing pieces of chopped ice and chopped packed snow. The handle warmer and lights are nice and work well, but is not worth the loss of battery charge.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Heavier snow and higher volumes will reduce runtime received. For optimal runtime performance the push speed may assist with runtime received as well. Thank you!

EGO blows snow

I am quite impressed with my new EGO single stage snow blower as was I with the EGO lawnmower mower I purchased in 2023.This machine is really powerful for a battery operated snowblower. My only issue is with the sliders which do not adjust far enough to prevent it from going over uneven and rough surfaces.I had to buy new sliders and a mounting bracket from a after market company to make pushing the machine easier. Apart from this issue it’s a great product.
