This thing is incredible. Have used it 5 times now and I can't believe how well it works. Clears snow right down to the concrete. Snow was between 1-4" deep and it drove through all of it. We have rental properties and it will save me from loading up my big snowblower for most of the winter hopefully. Did a triple wide driveway, city front sidewalks, sidewalk to the back yard and a large patio. Still had over 1/2 the battery left over. Throws about 20' so plan where your throwing it if you have neighbors or a car parked nearby. It's built very solid so from the feel it should last for years. Very pleased.

I went to use it for the first time and after 5 minutes stopped working . I used it the second time and the same thing after 5 minutes it stopped working. I cleaned the snow and I press the trigger and nothing. All you hear it’s a noise but it doesn’t spin. It’s not worth the money I paid for.

This tool has a useful purpose, but I haven’t found it yet. Since I bought it, we haven’t had a light, fluffy snowfall, which is one of the rarest types in the GTA. I’ve tried using it with slightly heavy, damp snow and icy pellet-like snow, but it’s been quite disappointing. The wheels on the side look like they’re meant to help, but they’re actually hard plastic, so you’re pushing and dragging the thing across your pavement. This contributes to a feeling of heaviness, and the extra-low ideal operating angle makes it even harder to use. To get the most effective scrape-and-throw angle, you need to lower the handle down toward your feet, which is a bit of a backbreaker. Of course, once you’ve lowered it down, the snow throw becomes an absolute snow launch, making it extremely difficult to prevent snow from being sent into the neighbor’s driveway along the edges. There’s an angle adjuster, but the adjustment is pretty minimal and a bit clumsy because you have to constantly lean down to switch it at every pass. For anyone looking for a machine to exercise their lower back, buy this one. I have a feeling this machine’s best use case is on those frigid early mornings when a light, dry snow has powdered the yard. Otherwise, my bent-handled shovel is the way to go. Then again, when the snow is that light, it’s just as easy to use the manual shovel. So, I’m still trying to find the use case for this tool.
