easy to empty

The updated version is so much better as you can actually clean the filter, attachments still need somewhere to go be great if you hang them some how or attach to the machine

Very good build quality, sturdy plastics and easy to join attachments with a click. Easy to pull the machine while working, the retracting cord is a big plus. And a exceptional powerful motor with bearable noise

I bought it half a year ago and am happy with it. It is powerful, performs great, pretty manoeuvres, can stay on stairs, exactly what I wanted.

A: Yes and no - there is no power to the head, it spins off of the suction power, but works better than most traditional power heads. On the up side, if something is caught in the brush, it stops spinning without worries of burning out a motor.

Q: Wondering - is the carpet attachment a power head - is the hardwood floor a power head as well - I have a DC21 that just died on me and I use the powerhead all the time on my carpets - none of the vacuum's descriptions list a power head for the carpets

A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The cleaner head on the Dyson Big Ball Multi Floor is intended for use on both carpeting and bare floors.
