has great suction, but what i gave 1 star was for the ordering process which was a nightmare that i am still dealing with. The online order had a technical issue because it wouldn't allow Canadian tire to process it. I had to go in pay for it at the til. Hence the issue, i paid for this vacuum 2x-- 1via cashier and the online order which put a charge on my card. The local store said that they cancelled my online order, but it still shows up as waiting in store on my account and the funds not reversed.

I already own a cordless Dyson vacuum and it has served me well over the years. I needed a bigger vacuum and decided to go with the Dyson Big Ball plug in and it's absolutely amazing. Cleans unbelievably well and is easy to use, plus it a bagless and has a hepa filter too.
