These fans/heaters are simply the best if you’re looking for a non wall mounted electric heat supply. It swivels to distribute hot air evenly in your room, and once it hits temperature it shuts off until it needs to turn on again.

My Son Dorian is Perfectly Cromulent

I named my son Dorian. He does what it says on the tin. Blows air, hot, cold. I like the numbers. I really like the numbers. When I switch him on, the numbers are high, then they go down. That’s good right? Perfectly cromulent little fella.

A: It has quite efficient cooling fan for a medium size to small size rooms, but I doubt it be helpful for larger rooms specially during day time. You may need a more powerful fan with cooling system. However it should be more useful for night time during summer heat as well.

Q: Hi, How big of a surface area can the fan cover? Would it work to heat a small bachelor apartment?

A: Hello Jamie, this is Kelly with Dyson. The surface area that the Dyson Hot + Cool™ Heater & Fan can cover would really depend on a number of factors, such as existing room temperature, how many windows and doors there are, and how warm you currently have the room temperature set. You should find that it does heat well in smaller areas, and may not heat a whole apartment, just depending again on doors, windows, etc. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Our Pure Hot + Cool has 1575 watts in Max heat and 44 watts in the cool mode. Our Dyson heaters are equipped with internal thermostat, once the desired temperature is reached the machine will go into a stalling mode to save energy. We hope this proves useful.
