    Just bought this yesterday as our older aluminum duct was falling apart. I have always had problems attaching the duct into the dryer itself, even with the foil tape. Since this came with a plastic connector, it was surprisingly very easy to put together. Should have used this years ago. Highly recommend.

    Q: Dryer is close to wall so do not 8-ft length of foil exhaust. Can it be cut?

    • A: Thans for your question regarding our product. This can be used with your existing (semi-rigid) duct as long as the plastic parts are connected and sealed properly using duct tape.
