Love it!

I bought it for a 400 sq foot un-insulated workshop and it is fantastic. Ive used it for 2 winters and even on the coldest day, it is great. It holds lots of wood, gives off an amazing amount of heat, off the ground for ease of loading and has a window. Doesn't take up much space. Love it

Q: Hi, can you provide the burn times this stove can do? Is it really 5 hrs as listed by manufacturer or are you able to do a 7-8 hour overnight burn during cold winter days? What square footage house are you heating with this stove? Thanks! Tom

A: The stove is located in living room. Compact and perfect to add Heat and confort. So 5 hrs is ok, we have 900 fut sq.

Q: How close to a ceramic tile wall can back of stove be placed!

A: The specs are in the manual, which can be downloaded from the manufactures website. Depending on the way you install your tile or other protective heat shield, specifically the amount of air space you leave behind the shield (if any) and the combustible wall, the distance varies significantly. This has to be done to manufacture's specs or you fail your WETT certification and consequently, you can not get house insurance.

Q: Whats the burn time in this stove. Am I going to need to stoke it every 4 hours?

A: I’m running this stove in a small cabin and if I throw in 2 deadfall poplar rounds about 18” long, there will still be a few coals after 8 hrs. Very impressive little stove. Last winter I was burning birch and could get longer burn times but with the small space, I prefer to burn poplar as it puts out less BTUs. The birch kept it a little too warm in the cabin. Cabin is 12x32.

A: Hello and thank you for your interest in Drolet Nano wood stove. The flue outlet of this models comes out of the top of the stove only, there are no options at the back. If you are instead referring to a fresh air intake, the unit does have an optional fresh air intake kit that can be purchased separately if your installation requires it. The part number is AC01421. We recommend reading the install and owner’s manual on page 23 prior to purchase for more information. A: Thank you for your interest in our Drolet wood stoves. The Drolet Nano with a ceiling height of at least 84 inches from "base" to ceiling, is 14 inches using single wall connecting pipe and 6 inches if you use double wall connecting pipe.
