Q: for motorcycle fenders can you use any kind of paint on top of primer

  • A: 3 IN 1 Primer should be thoroughly dry before painting and is compatible with most paint systems. On bare plastic substrates, use of a suitable adhesion promoter is recommended.

Q: Can this product use as sealer primer on raw plastic car bumpe before painting ? Many thanks

1 Answer
  • A: I used it to prime some black fender flares after lightly sanding them. I then used a rock guard to paint over the primer. It has been almost a year and it is still holding up well. I believe it is made to use as a primer between plastic and paint so should work well for you. As with most products like this, preparation, light sanding and cleaning it with something like acetone before painting will be key to a proper bond.
