Doktor Doom's indoor plant spray helps keep your greenery green and pests at bay. The fine mist bottle coats foliage thoroughly, even spraying upside down for hard-to-reach leaves. The formula uses pyrethrin derived from chrysanthemum flowers as a natural insecticide, while remaining safe for use on edible plants right up until harvest. Simply spray this green-thumb helper on most potted plants and trees to guard against bug damage and promote healthy growth all year.

Kills thrips on contact

In Canada it's hard to find products that kill thrips, as different pesticide laws in USA vs Canada. However, Dr.Doom works great. I applied this under and over plant leaves once a week for several weeks. So far no live thrips. If you got a bad thrip problem, you may want to use this product in conjunction with beneficial nematodes that eat thrips life stages in the soil. I didn't have a problem spraying my plants with this in the bathroom tub with the fan on, but you don't want to breathe a lot in, get on your skin, or in your eyes, best to spray your plants outside in good ventilation if you can.

Q: Do you just spray the leaves with this product or can you safely spray this into the soil? I'm battling thrips and want to end them all!

A: I've sprayed the leaves, saturated the soil, blooms, stem, everything. Younger starts have a hard time with soil saturation, but have never had an established plant react adversely to soil saturation.

Q: Does anyone manage to spray thoroughly without some of the leaves dripping? Because I haven't managed. The spray nozzle seems just standard. When I spray under the leaves, my hands are covered with the liquid.
