Not safe for real kiddos

Has no foamy thingy behind the head, causes kiddo to flip over onto their face. This is a concern for use in any water deeper than knee deep for a kiddo...so about a foot of water or so.
Normally I try to make my reviews fun or silly, but this is not one of those situations. We returned it and bought a different one.
