The Delta Trinsic Monitor 14 Series valve-only faucet trim is meant for straightforward temperature control. The single lever handle allows for easy temperature adjustment while you wash your hands. The Monitor valve keeps the water temperature within 3 degrees Fahrenheit of your setting to help prevent scalding. The faucet trim is built from solid brass so you can count on its quality and reliability for years to come. The trim works with the MultiChoice Universal rough valve body (sold separately) to complete your faucet installation.

Arrived with a defective escutcheon.

The trim kit arrived with a defective escutcheon. There's a very noticeable bump on the left side. Waiting to hear back from Delta about a replacement under warranty. This was a special order item (T14059-PP-LC) so I can't return it to the reseller (Build.ca).

Modern shower knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across this shower Knob while redesigning our bathroom. All of our fixtures are matte black, with a modern theme. This delta shower knob is exactly what we are looking for. It was a simple swap, since we already had a delta knob. We bought a matte black shower head to match. This really completes our design. It is a solid piece and should last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a Ranch style home built in 1974. I replace my original tempering valve with a Delta and it outlasted the shower. Install a new tub and shower of course I used Delta again. Instructions are easy to read, if you have questions customer service is always ready to help. I have a wood boiler system heating my home and water Delta does an amazing job tempering my water it holds up to the temp and works spot on as it should. I definitely recommend Delta in new construction or a remodel or renovation.
