Hard to clean

If you have hard water, you will find that scale will build up inside the channel, which is not attractive. I’m not sure how to clean it. I’ve tried vinegar and scraping with a steel file but with little success

Disappointing that box does npt provide dimensions for 3-hole cover. My sink 8" their plate covers much less.

Desgin flaws

The Nyla faucet allows water to pool at the base of the spout, even after wiping it dry. The surface that the water flows over is also very rough, which makes it impossible to clean mineral deposits. I was instructed to use vinegar and water, but this does not do much. It seems to be a design flaw with the angle of the spout as well as the rough surface that the water flows over.
