Delta Faucet Trinsic Roman Double Handle Bathtub & Shower Faucet Trim, Matte Black

I haven’t contacted the plumbers yet, but I can’t figure out why the hot water barely comes out when trying to fill the tub. Never had this trouble before. I tried to take a bath last night and it took forever just to get a few inches of water and it never filled up. Anything I should look for to troubleshoot?
