Don’t buy Danze

a year ago

Stay clear of these products. Although some do look nice and are priced less. What they don’t advertise is they don’t have any parts. The cartridge went on our Sheridan shower faucet after two years. Canadian Tire does not carry any parts for these. I found the part online for a hundred dollars. 2/3’s of the original price. Basically useless purchasing these.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Single handle danze tub and shower faucet.

This tub and shower set is very good quality for the price. The single handle unit works well and water flow and temperature adjustment is easy. The shower head gives adequate water pressure and the adjustment for the angle is good. We were also able to match it up with our bathroom sink faucet.

Q: how can I increase water flow? the pressure and water volume coming through the faucet and shower head is very very low compared to the fixture that I replaced with this one.

A: Make sure the 2 check valves are opened fully. It is also recommended that you view that the temperature limit device curved parts are touching for maximum flow. Depending on how long the unit has been installed, cleaning the cylinder and piston can also increase flow (remove piston and oil it prior to reinserting).

Q: How to adjust Temperature Balance Unit? The facuet makes a big noise just when the water has finished to refill to my toiet bowl or close the water sink in the toilet.. Main problem is balance adjustment. No noise and not good for bathing. Can you assist me how to handle this problem?
