Poor manufacturing

I got this faucet to replace my current bathroom faucet which was leaking. When the plumber first installed it there was a gap between the handle and the base that he said was part of the manufacturing, though he was able to tighten it enough to make the gap unnoticeable. Also the handles turn for about 30 degrees before water actually comes out, which the plumber said was just the way the cartridge is setup in this faucet. My old faucet handles had no "dead zone" like this. Pretty disappointed overall. Would not buy another Danze product.

Attractive faucet

Purchased two of these faucets as the existing faucets in two bathrooms had started leaking through the seals on the handles.
They were a breeze to install. Honestly, the hardest part of the install was getting the original faucet and handles out. It was no easy task. However, once I achieved that I just popped the new faucet and handles in, tightened them in place and attached the hot/cold water lines to the new handles. The faucet even came supplied with plumbing tape which I've never seen before.
The quick connect tube that attaches the handles to the faucet is an awesome invention. A simple push, hear the click, pull back down to set in place. Done literally in seconds. No plumbing tape, no wrench needed. Nice.
I didn't install the sink drain portion of the product, so I cannot comment on the ease of install of that. But for the rest, pretty easy and straight-forward. No need for the cost and expense of a plumber. The faucet is very attractive and compliments the bathroom decor nicely.
