Q: is the arm movable to go lower or does it have to be up like the picture?

A: It is indeed movable. Easy to install and the different settings are all functional.

Q: When the arm is fastened to the shower, it sits at an angle towards the wall. Since the fastener is one solid piece with the arm, it does not allow me to tighten without moving the entire unit. If straightened, it leaks. How do I fix this issue?

A: I agree with Steve. I just bought this and have the same issue. if i tighten the wall fastener, its only gets tight when the shower head is 90 degrees sideways. The other two adjustments do not help. The one adjustment only swings one direction and the rotary shower head does not swivel enough to square it up

A: The length of the straight part of the arm is 7.6’’. The diameter of the shower head is 6’’. The 6 settings refer to 6 functions including full spray, massage spray, full & massage spray, aerated spray, full & aerated spray and pause.
