The CURT 5th wheel adapter is designed to allow the CURT E16™ 5th wheel hitch head to mount on a set of CURT 5th wheel rollers. It easily attaches to the head of your CURT E15 5th wheel hitch and features various mounting holes for simple height adjustment. It can be used with the CURT R16™, R20™ or R24™. This 5th wheel hitch head adapter is constructed from steel and finished with a black carbide powder coat for ultimate rust and chip resistance.

Easily attaches to the head of your CURT E15 5th wheel hitch and features various mounting holes for simple height adjustment
Can be used with the CURT R16, R20 or R24

Three easy-access grease fittings for lubrication
Three-position coupling indicator clearly shows coupling status
Offers three height adjustment positions to adapt to each unique truck bed
Includes a polyethylene lube plate to eliminate messy grease deposits
Tested for safety in accordance with SAE J2638
Protected by a highly durable carbide powder coat finish
Includes Q25 5th wheel hitch #16265, base rails #16200 and hardware
Capacity limited to lowest-rated towing component
Not compatible with turret-style pin boxes, such as Sidewinder
