Q: Mon réservoir ne semble que prendre 250ml et non 2,3L d’eau. Je ne sais pas si je remplis mal l’humidificateur ou s’il est brisé. Je le remplis à la base mais très peu d’eau y rentre.

A: This Humidifier is Ultra quiet. Most would say there is almost no noise. Someone with sensitive hearing could likely hear the fan blowing but again very quiet.

A: There is a little tray on the side that you open and place the aroma pad that comes with the humidifier. You add oils to the small pad and close the tray and start running the humidifier. We have asked the manufacture to put together a video so as soon as it is ready we will upload it.

Q: I don't understand how to use the essential oil diffuser pads for the crane tower humidifier. Do I put the oil on the pad and then put that in the water? Or do I put it I the little drawer thingy at the back? The instructions are not clear.

A: The diagram in the instruction booklet is not very clear. There is a tiny little drawer labelled with the word Aroma at the very bottom of the base unit on the left side (if you are facing the control indicator lights).

Q: Hi everyone, actually only I bought this humidifier 3 months ago only I used it last week , the problem when I add water to water tank all the water runs out from area where the base and water take connected? How come ???? And it’s mentioned 2.5

A: Ok...unless your unit is radically different to mine, you have to realise it is not a top fill unit. You have to turn the main canister upside down, unscrew the valve on the bottom, fill the canister, and then invert it again to place it securely in the base. It will only fit one way. The canister/tank holds a lot of water. The instructions are not very helpful if you don't know what you're looking at. I've had other humidifiers of this style before, so it's more obvious.

A: Il y a un petit plateau sur le côté que vous ouvrez et placez le tampon aromatique fourni avec l'humidificateur. Vous ajoutez de l'huile au petit tampon, fermez le plateau et commencez à faire fonctionner l'humidificateur.
