Great carpet cleaner!

Used this in my portable carpet/upholstery cleaner and worked great! Highly recommend! No residue. I loved that it had little (or no) scent.

The best carpet shampoo I have ever used!

I love this carpet cleaner! I bought it because I had had a plumbing leak and was afraid of mold in the carpet. But then I made the mistake of using it to spot clean a spot elsewhere where my dog had had an accident, and it left a clean spot in the middle of the carpet, even though the carpet had been recently shampooed! I had to redo the whole carpet. I have used a number of different carpet shampoos, both brand name and big box store shampoos, and this one is by far the best. And the icing on the cake is that, because it is not actually soap and much of its cleaning power happens while it is drying, you don't have to rinse after you shampoo to stop new dirt from sticking to the carpet! Win win!

Q: is this the same formula as the mold control spray? does this product have an added cleanser?

A: Hi, Great question! Our Concrobium Carper Shampoo is not the same formula as our Concrobium Mold Control. Unlike other carpet shampoos, Concrobium Carpet Shampoo contains no soaping agents, so there's no sticky residue left behind to cause resoiling and dulled appearance, and no need for anti-foaming additives. This product is fragrance-free and eliminates and prevents musty odours.

Q: I purchased a hoover spin scrub 50 carpet washer ,instructions say to use Hoover cleaning solutions , ist this product okay to use ? if okay do I follow the same instructions for using Hoover cleaning solutions?

Typically, for best results, the Concrobium Carpet Shampoo is meant for use in an industrial shampooing machine however there should realistically be no issues if you choose to use the product in the machine you have on hand. Simply ensure that the measurements used reflect accurately based on the size of the reservoir in your particular machine.

Q: Good for a vehicle? Is this cleaner good to remove salt stains from car carpet?

Please keep in mind this solution is to be used with a hot water extractor only. Depending on how severe the salt stains are you might have to go over the stain several times with the hot water extractor. We hope this answers your question.
