I was told that if the item came on sale within 7 days to keep my receipt and I would get a credit. Well I went to the local store in Kirkland Lake and it was reduced to $11.79 and they refused to do anything. At first Karen said she could do $5 but then changed her mind. I called Head office to complain and have not received a response to date. Very upsetting. The item doesn't even work well and had I known I was being lied to... I would NEVER have paid $34.97 plus taxes for this. Super upset about it and the poor customer service.

This is some of the best money ive spent. Its scary, looks great and even surprised us by being active during a lightning storm. A halloween must have.
