Yes, sometimes the corner or a side will come off. However we use it to seal plastic sheeting to our window frames in the winter months. Much better than the sticky and very hard to remove double sided tape. Just check it a few days after installing. It it strong and seals well and most importantly is removable.

Lousy product!

Bought two rolls of this for a door and a crawl space access smaller door. Both are painted I installed inside the house as per instructions. In no time, the tape cam undone as it just does not stick well at all. Re-did the job twice. Same results. This is NOT good weather stripping tape! Furthermore, I wrote the company using their own website contact form explaining this and the contact form does NOT work either and comes back as "undeliverable". Some service! Some tape!
